Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Wikispaces, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Glog. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Information before reference

[edit]

Hi .digamma, small note: any information found in a reference should be put before and not after it. soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 04:56, 8 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

As you said, the information added does not appear in the cited articles. Again, that's why it appears after the citation. There's no requirement for all content added to an article to include a citation. If the information is accurate it will remain in the article, if it's wrong it'll get revised or removed. Personally been playing SnowRunner for over 200 hrs, I know the information added is factual - thus I won't revise or remove their edit. Go find someone else to harass, there's nothing wrong here. .digamma (talk) 13:02, 8 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
You know, and maybe this is news to you, WP:CIVILITY is required. You've only been here since 2005 after all. I'm not "harassing" by leaving you a small note. I misread your edit summary, I assumed you meant the information is in the references, but you just added unsourced content. Please provide a source. That you've played a game for 200 hours doesn't mean there shouldn't be a source needed. The WP:BURDEN is on you to provide a source. soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 13:07, 8 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
How interesting. You've discovered you misunderstood my edits: "I assumed you meant....". Seems you were confused. I will allow you to restore the edit now and your apology will be forthcoming. Thank you in advance. BTW, you should review/remove the Gameplay section of that article, there are many missing citations. .digamma (talk) 13:34, 8 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
You have an extremely uncivil tone. Please provide reliable sources in the future. soetermans. ↑↑↓↓←→←→ B A TALK 13:41, 8 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Kakurokuna. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Tyler Robinson, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Please familiarize yourself with WP:BLPCRIME. Charlie Kirk

[edit]

Hello. You may be interested in some of the discussions at this talk page regarding the killing of Charlie Kirk. Specifically, the discussion of whether the name of the person in custody should be used in articles. Keep in mind that, unless someone is convicted of a crime, it may be a violation of our BLP policy to state that they have committed one. You will find more information in the WP:CTOPS section on your talk page from a few hours ago. Take care --tony 16:34, 12 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you, I appreciate your explanation, @TonySt. My interest is in merely adding a Talk entry to the disambiguation page for the named suspect, rather than modifying Charlie Kirk's article or Talk article. My talk entry doesn't imply conviction but reflects the current suspicion, at least that was my intent. I believe my Talk topic complies with the Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons#People accused of crime as it follows the current nature of suspicion. I believe it (let alone the disambig entry) would also comply with Wikipedia:Notability (people)#Crime victims and perpetrators. .digamma (talk) 17:14, 12 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]
There is zero reason why you need to add a talk entry for the named suspect to the disambiguation page. Talk pages are for discussing how we changes to the page they're for, not for anything else. In other words, the only reason why there would be anything related to this would be for discussion about include a link on the actual disambiguation page. But there already is such a discussion and as sort of explained there this depends largely on whether we end up including the name in the main article. If we did it's likely there would be merit for an entry in the disambiguation page. If we don't then it's unlikely since there is no reason we'd want to link to something when what we're linking to isn't discussed in the target. Nil Einne (talk) 12:43, 13 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, @Nil Einne:, my talk entry was about how we will be making the added entry (i.e. change) to our disambig page. My talk entry was in full context of the disambig page. "...the only reason why there would be anything related to this would be for discussion about include[ing] a link on the actual disambiguation page" - that's exactly what my deleted talk entry did.
"There is zero reason why you need to add a talk entry for the named suspect to the disambiguation page." Apparently, many other editors have agreed with my entry and one editor made one that didn't get deleted by another editor. I was right. Discussion closed. .digamma (talk) 16:28, 13 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Minor edits

[edit]

Information icon Hello! I noticed you made a few edits in October and November and incorrectly marked them as minor. For example at Necro (disambiguation), you added a whole entry. On Wikipedia, "minor edit" means only superficial changes, like fixing typos, or changes that would never be disputed, like reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that adds content or even subtly changes the meaning of an article is not minor. If in doubt, leave the "minor" box unticked. Thank you. — W.andrea (talk) 23:06, 15 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]
