Thomas Edward Sims Jr. (born September 29, 1964) is an American former professional football defensive back. He played college football at the University of Tennessee.[1] He was drafted in the seventh round with the 190th overall pick by and played for the Indianapolis Colts in 1986.[2][3] He appeared in one game, the 1986 regular season opener for the Colts.[4]
