I began writing this article under the name Abruzzo chamois because this name is used when referring to the subspecies on the pages Pyrenean chamois and Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park. However, other pages such as Rupicapra and others refer to it only as Apennine chamois. I have found that the names are used roughly equally in English language sources, with "Abruzzo chamois" being dominant on national park and tourism websites, while "Apennine chamois" is much more commonly used in academic literature, especially newer papers. Before this is published, I suppose I would like some input on whether the article belongs under this name or should be moved under "Apennine chamois". This is my first article creation, so any other input is valued. Also, I believe Apennine chamois already currently exists as a redirect page to Pyrenean chamois, and I am not sure how that should affect the decision.
