Sri Lanka at the Men's T20 World Cup

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Sri Lanka cricket team is one of the full members of the International Cricket Council (ICC) and have competed in every Men's T20 World Cup since its inception. They are one of the six teams to have won the title, having been the champions of the 2014 ICC World Twenty20.[1] The team have also been runners-up on two occasions in 2009 and 2012.

Sri Lanka has also hosted the 2012 World Cup and is scheduled to co-host the 2026 edition alongside India.[2] In nine editions, the team has a win-loss record of 28-15 wins in 43 matches.
