The Victory Bowl, the 22nd edition of the annual game, was a college football bowl game played on Saturday, November 23, 2019, at Francis Field in Greenville, Illinois. It featured the Olivet Nazarene Tigers against the Greenville Panthers. The Tigers repeated as champions with a record tying Fifth Victory Bowl in a 69–8 rout. The 69 points are a Victory Bowl record.


For the second straight season, the Olivet Nazarene University football program was extended an invitation to play in the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) Victory Bowl. The Panthers entered the game with an 8-2 record and riding a six-game winning streak. Olivet entered the game with a 5-5 record and riding the momentum of an 84-7 victory over Trinity International a week ago.[1]


The Panthers fell behind by three touchdowns after the first quarter and faced a 21-0 deficit. Olivet Nazarene added three more touchdowns in the second quarter to carry a 42-0 lead at halftime. In the third quarter, ONU scored two of their three touchdowns on special teams and extended their advantage to 62-0.Greenville broke up the shutout in the fourth quarter when George Harris moved the Panthers 80 yards on four plays, capped by a one yard touchdown run from Harris. Christian Moss converted the two-point conversion to make the score 62-8. Before the game ended, Olivet Nazarene scored another touchdown.[2]
