Template:Paper money

Hi Aaron,

I notice that you just added a category to Template:Paper money. I know that I'm using it in Adventist Youth Honors Answer Book, and in fact, I created it for use there. However, I tried to make it generally useful so that if someone else wanted to make a book about coin collecting or international currency, or maybe the BSA Merit Badge books, the template would apply equally there. Same thing with Template:Knot and Template:Bible verse. Does tagging it with the book that it's used in really help? I'm not opposed to having it in there - I just don't know that it's the right thing to do.

For example, we would never do that to Template:Stages, because it's more generally used. Does this not fall into the same category? --Jomegat (talk) 22:58, 19 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

I see your point. I'll put them in Category:Infobox templates for now, until a better category can be determined. It may be good to put usage information on them similar to what you have on Template:Bible verse, as that will make it easier for others to use. -- Adrignola talk contribs 01:11, 20 November 2009 (UTC)Reply
Cool. Thanks. --Jomegat (talk) 02:31, 20 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Wikibooks:NPOV dispute

I've been examining the changes done to Wikibooks:Deletion policy, regarding the bit "Frequently Asked Questions" I'm attempting to merge it with the text where relevant, it links to the page Wikibooks:NPOV dispute that seems in conformity with what is practiced on the project but there is a red link to controversial issues, do you think it should be removed/created it (I know at least one project that could be listed there, and IIRC over the time I've tagged one or two as NPOV violation). Not extremely important but the text would benefit from a removing the red link... --Panic (talk) 03:54, 23 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Another solution would be to replace the link with the Wikibooks:Neutral point of view policy (since linking non community approved texts in a policy ought to be avoided) and move Wikibooks:NPOV dispute as an unstable version that policy (it more or less a duplication). --Panic (talk) 03:59, 23 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

The link was to a page that no longer existed; you can see the RFD on it as for why it was deleted. Since the community decided to delete the page in question, I've removed that red link from the page. -- Adrignola talk contribs 04:37, 23 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Page history merge

When you can see if you can merge the edit history from C Programming/Typecasting to C++ Programming/Variables. Thanks. --Panic (talk) 07:59, 28 November 2009 (UTC)Reply
