Incorporating the Open Source Cookbook

[edit source]

I'm going to be adding recipes and such from the Open Source Cookbook. It should add quite a bit to the Wikibook.--Alsocal 07:28, 5 Oct 2004 (UTC)

Glazed Sweet Potatoes

[edit source]

I have finished that recipe. So I removed it from the list. Mr. C.C. 03:42, 13 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Lobster Thermidor

[edit source]

I added this recipe to the Northeastern American cookbook -- it has been subsequently been removed from the list of requested recipes. Sarah Murray 16:25 3 August 2006 (PST)

Jewish cuisine?

[edit source]

Why isn't there a category? It's an ethnic cuisine like any other. --204.246.229.240 15:25, 2 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

There is Cookbook:Cuisine of Israel, as well as Category:Israeli recipes, Category:Jewish recipes, Category:Yiddish recipes. If you think we need a page describing how Jewish cuisine differs from Israeli cuisine (e.g. through European and American influences) then be bold and create it. Requesting recipes

[edit source]

If one wishes to request a recipe, does one simply edit the list here? Jade Knight 10:39, 3 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Shouldn't be classified as a recipe

[edit source]

This page is classified as a recipe, which it should not be. —Kri (discusscontribs) 13:09, 16 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Pocky sticks? Really?

[edit source]

They're just biscuit sticks dipped and dried in chocolate or other sauces. There are any number of recipes for biscuit sticks and anyway, why is a trademarked snack listed as a recipe request? Might as well include a recipe request for Snickers. 199.116.169.72 (discuss)
