Employers will receive an email between November 10 and November 14, 2025, with instructions to enroll and access the portal. Additionally, the V3 Hiring Report form and the V3 Listing Update Request form will be available within the portal for employer representatives to use. V3- Certified companies work with the Department of Veterans Services and other strategic partners to support Virginia’s Veterans. One aspect of V3’s mission is to highlight brief stories about how V3-Certified companies overcame an obstacle(s) to support a Veteran employee. Their stories cover any aspect of their company’s recruiting, hiring, training, or re-training process that made their Veteran success story possible.

This special segment expands upon the transition success stories of Charles Chrismond, a Navy veteran who found employment at Oceaneering International and Tanisha Tucker, Army Veteran who found employment via the MMAC Program with Bon Secours.
