Before your first project

Sign in to the organization where your work belongs. If you were invited, start with Invitations and joining an organization. A project holds either an agent or a workflow. An agent chooses how to answer using its instructions and available tools; a workflow lets you arrange the processing steps yourself. You can test a draft before publishing it for other people.

Start with Agent Builder if your first goal is a conversational assistant. Start with Workflow Builder if you need a defined sequence, calculations, or different paths for different requests.
