You can follow the below listed steps for this:

1. Navigate to Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Editor.
2. Click on the Toggle Navigation icon.

3. Next, Navigate to the Templates tab. Click on the option for “Manage all templates.” Locate and click on the “Add New Template” button to create a new template.

4. Choose the category of post/page for which you want to create a new template or choose to create a Custom template that can be applied to any post or page depending on your requirement.

5. Configure the settings required by the category you choose.
6. Once you enter the Page Template Editor, add the desired elements and make necessary customizations.
7. Click on Save button to publish the changes made.
