Some are installed automatically when you create a WordPress site on Hostinger; others you add when you need them. WordPress loads these automatically, they can't be deactivated from the WordPress admin, and Hostinger adds or removes them when you change the related setting in hPanel. The **Tools** and **Reach** plugins are on WordPress.org and work on any host, though some Tools plugin features are limited to Hostinger-hosted sites.
