Integrated AI in AI Builder — add chat, text generation, and image generation or editing to your app without API keys, paid from your AI credits.

Integrated AI lets the apps you build use AI themselves. Ask for "a chatbot that answers questions about my menu" or "a tool that turns product photos into ad images", and AI Builder wires the feature into your project — no OpenAI, Gemini, or other provider account and no API keys.

What it can do

• Chat and assistants — conversational helpers, Q&A over your content, guided forms.

• Text generation — descriptions, summaries, rewrites, translations, classification.

• Image generation — new images from a prompt.

• Image editing and analysis — visitors upload a JPEG, PNG, or WebP image to edit or describe.

Audio and video generation aren't supported.

How it works

Integrated AI calls go through your project's server to AI models that Hostinger provides and manages. You don't need to pick or configure a model.

If you need a specific model or provider, bring your own API key and ask the AI to call that provider from your server API instead.

Access and limits

• Sign-in by default — AI features are available to signed-in users of your app unless you explicitly ask for them to be public. This protects your credits from anonymous use.

• Rate limits — requests per user are rate-limited, so one visitor can't drain your credits.

Billing

Integrated AI usage is paid from the site owner's AI credit balance — the same credits used for building in chat — based on how much AI each request actually uses. There's no separate AI provider bill. Keep an eye on your balance if your published app gets heavy AI traffic.
