Due to the Los Angeles Dodgers World Series Parade, the Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration and the Los Angeles County Hall of Records will be closed on Monday, November 3, 2025.
However, the Vote Centers located at the Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration, and the Biltmore Hotel will remain open for in-person voting and ballot drop-off from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Please note that NO Department of Mental Health facilities will be closed, and services will not be minimized on this date. All DMH operations are expected to continue as scheduled.

Lisa Wong, Psy.D., is the Director of the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (LACDMH) as of February 28, 2023, after serving as Interim Director since July 2022. Prior to this role, Dr. Wong was LACDMH’s Senior Deputy Director overseeing the Department’s clinical programs and community-based services over a broad range of settings throughout Los Angeles County.
