In my research career I’ve dealt with different kinds of data, from small scale experiments with a few measurements to GB-scale genomics.
I’m mostly familiar with Python’s data analysis ecosystem, but bioinformatics work also requires some R. Whenever possible I like to directly run some SQL
I’m an aspiring back end developer also very interested in automation and data engineering. I’m currently enrolled in kood/Sisu’s full stack programme, delving into DevOps.
