Stream is loading: audio plays but video does not display

This issue happens quite often. Restarting the instance resolves it temporarily. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

this is the log , how can I fix it ?

What is the codec type of your video. This situation always happened when the video codec is not supported by the player.

That depends on your setup. We support VP8 (software only), AV1 (software + hardware) and H264 (hardware only). If you’re using NVIDIA GPUs inside your instances we default to H264 For Ada+ and to H264 for Turing and Ampere (both don’t have AV1 support in NVEnc).
