Open the link and click the link to Ubuntu Pro Dashboard. Then go to Billing and Users. There is a drop down menu. I suggest that you confirm that Payment Method is correct. In other words - credit card or debit card details.
For myself. I would also confirm that my online bank account and credit card account are actually online and not down for some reason. It does happen.
Thanks, but we don’t have a full Ubuntu Pro subscription - we have some older grandfathered Landscape-only subscription that we are about to terminate, but I still have to pay for it…
So I need to know how to complete the payment, that I’ve been doing monthly for at least 2 years.
