If you read the Support guidelines in the Start Here it makes clearly only supported releases (in standard support) of Ubuntu are on-topic here.
Your problem appears to be about WIndows 10, which isn’t Ubuntu, a Linux Mint (Ubuntu based, but not Ubuntu), and the only release of Ubuntu mentioned is End of Life and thus unsupported.
I suggest you review the “Start here” and in particular the “Before asking a question” detail, which contains a list of supported systems.
