At the Dignity Schools Campaign—California, our purpose is to advocate for healthier school climates and end the criminalization of young people in our schools.
We focus on the most impacted families and work to address the disparities they face. We reclaim our parent power and strengthen local and regional movements through grassroots organizing and parent mobilization. Our strategic action academy empowers us to reflect on our work and strengthen collective efforts to end the school-to-prison pipeline.
Centering Black organizing, healing-centered movement building, and restorative justice practices, we strive for a future where every student is treated with respect, receives a quality education, and has equal opportunities to thrive.
