As the Colorado Division of Motor Vehicles prepares for a system upgrade over Presidents’ Day weekend, we want to help you plan ahead and minimize disruption.
Beginning the evening of February 13 at 7 p.m. through February 16 at 7 p.m. MST, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:
APIs accessed via the web
Tyler FTP service will be available, but file delivery will be delayed during this window.
Once the upgrade is complete, account access, FTP URL (test and prod), and file formats will remain exactly the same. No action will be required on your part after services are restored.
We appreciate your patience and recommend planning accordingly during this brief maintenance period.
