  1. Sommore: Chandelier Fly

    Netflix

Sommore shot her latest stand-up special at Detroit’s Historic Garden Theatre, where according to the streamer, she shared “her scintillating takes on untimely death, celebrity scandals, and cell phone companies learning to mind their business.”

DECIDER’s Sean L. McCarthy writes, “Her last half-hour proves she’s still a comedy queen, whether it’s finding her own spin on a hot topic or whether it’s turning someone else’s soundbite into her new catchphrase. I just wish the first half of her special were as strong.”

The Last Report marked Williams’ fourth stand-up special for the streamer.

DECIDER’s Sean L. McCarthy writes, “For all of the tough talk from Williams on podcasts and onstage, he’s also equally bold in this hour about wanting to make his audiences feel better about themselves. He goes out of his way to single out multiple demographics for pep talks, urges everyone to consider how just one change in their lifestyle might alter their outlooks and futures, bringing it all home with a big dick joke. Literally.”

  3. Bridgerton: Season 4

Benedict and Sophie in a dark room with Sophie holding a candle.

Luke Thompson and Yerin Ha lead the latest installment of the hit regency romance as Benedict Bridgerton and Sophie Baek. The first four episodes of Season 4 are now streaming, with the latter half of the season arriving on Feb. 26.

DECIDER’s Liz Kocan writes, “Sophie’s story is unlike anything we’ve seen on Bridgerton before; even though it seems obvious that Sophie and Benedict will find a way to be together, there’s also a “good-triumphing-over-evil” story as we wait (and hope) for them to stick it to Sophie’s conniving stepmother by the end. Like Benedict himself, the newest season of Bridgerton is fun and sexy and promises a good time.”

The next season of the hit series will be based on author Michael Connelly’s Resurrection Walk, the seventh novel in his Lincoln Lawyer series.

DECIDER’s Johnny Loftus writes, “Season 4 of The Lincoln Lawyer retains its light touch, even though its main character is fighting a shocking murder charge from his jail cell. We expect Mickey Haller to work some lawyerly magic to find his way back to freedom. This lawyer won’t be without his Lincoln for long.”

Gabriel Basso leads this thriller series based on Matthew Quirk’s 2019 novel of the same name.

DECIDER’s Joel Keller writes, “The Night Agent is still perfectly good “watch while doing laundry” TV, but it feels like the third season is even more lunkheaded than the first two, and the absence of Buchanan is huge.”
