Use of Photography

The Connecticut Mirror’s mission to inform and educate extends beyond these pages.

Published CT Mirror photography for which CT Mirror owns the rights is available to commercial, for-profit enterprises and to municipal, state, and federal governments for a fee of $50 per photograph.

Published CT Mirror photography for which CT Mirror owns the rights is available to journalism organizations for a fee of $50 per photograph, but we will consider waiving this fee at our discretion.

Published CT Mirror photography for which CT Mirror owns the rights is available to nonprofit organizations and educational organizations at no charge.  Donations to The Connecticut Mirror as consideration for the use of our photography are welcome but not required.

We require credit as follows: “name of photographer / CTMirror.org, used with permission.”

We do not permit political candidates, elected officials, or political parties to use CT Mirror photography.

We do not share unpublished photography.
