Trying to stitch together several complex workflows in Wordpress is a dream with Uncanny Automator. I’m using it with WP Forms and WooCommmerce and it’s an absolute peach of a plugin.No issues so far. Very happy.

I use the Thrive Themes product, Thrive Automator. It’s great. But Thrive took the decision to sunset Automator and plug their sister product Uncanny Automator instead. However, using Uncanny Automator is uncannily like going back in time to a place of deficient plugins that promise everything and deliver nothing. Uncanny Automator is cumbersome, awkward and seemingly incapable of integrating with Wordpress and Thrive Apprentice. It’s little short of a disaster substitute for the cleverness and subtlety of Thrive Automator. Expect to waste time trying to get it to work functionally.

Great tool and support! Have been using Automator successfully for years to connect my two wordpress instances (an eCom site and a learning management system) – and have gradually expanded the level of automation on both sites. The Automator Plugin is like a Swiss Army knife, once you get the hang of how to use it. And in case you get stuck on setting up or troubleshooting a recipe the Support team is very helpful in solving any questions you have. Many thanks for the recent two solutions (on importing LMS groups users and auto registering group members to an event)

Instagram can be a real headache! After having some trouble with automated postings to Instagram, the team helped me investigate. We found out that the error is actually on Instagram’s side—not my website, host, database, or firewall. While we encountered a few small bugs along the way that made the investigation tricky, the support was very helpful. The company behind this plugin is highly professional. The code is clean, the plugin is well-documented, and the engineers clearly know what they are doing. Can’t wait until Instagram gets their side fixed, but I’m sticking with Automator!“

It took me some time to work it out with WP Forms but once I had it working it was great, so easy to link with Google Sheets and make a list rather than relying on emails or messages and then sort them out. Its too expensive to buy for using once or twice a year, its a pity they don’t e.g. pay for a 1000 uses?
