Twenty Seventeen - Table block having padding issue with first column.

Steps to reproduce the issue :-

1. Activate Twenty Seventeen theme.
2. Choose Table block.
3. Add some text.

You can able to see a difference of padding in first and second columnn, in first column there is no padding and in second there is a little padding which not looks proper.

#38447 intentionally removed the padding for the first table cells, and the PR on #58297 proposes to enforce that style in the block editor.
