#62437 might still edit the documentation for T23 and T24 in time, but right now those two theme logs only show the copyright year update since the last version bump.

I checked each theme and I confirm that each supported theme received at least one commit during cycle 6.8.

By the way, it appears that each bundled theme gets at least one file update each new year's eve (copyright update in the license.txt file), so checking this is unnecessary at least for the first major release of the year… 😅

Bundled Themes: Bump Tested up to for Twenty Twenty-Three & Twenty Twenty-Four.

An update for these two default themes will not be released in coordination with WordPress 6.8 due because there were no changes to the source code during the release cycle. However, they should be considered tested with 6.8, and this ensures that the next release properly indicates that.
