  Helo uhm can I share something I had few good friends and my overthinking issues has been troubling me alot I can't focus properly I just feel like I'm a burden on others my two friends bashed me called me mean things for sharing them my problems and day to day update they made me realise worse than other days honestly idk is sharing bad to people? They got so aggressive and abused me and what not I felt so bad I thought they were my friends they also mentioned I was using them but idk how sharing is using other people I apologized for it but let it go
