English: The London Eye is a 135-metre (443 ft) tall giant Ferris wheel situated on the South Bank of the River Thames, in London, England. It stands on the western end of Jubilee Gardens in Lambeth, north of Westminster Bridge and opposite the Houses of Parliament. Alternate names: "EDF Energy London Eye" (official since 2011), "Millennium Wheel", "Merlin Entertainments London Eye", "British Airways London Eye".
