Delete branch "wysiwyg_minimal_inline_code"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Used for comments and descriptions.
Also updated shortcut handling that we're not registering shortcuts for edits which can't use the related formatting types.
