Describe the Bug

Our internal Accessibility team recently reviewed bookstack, and had one issue. I honestly think we are still okay without fixing it, but I figured I'd ask anyway, and get some feedback from you all. I have submitted a PR: #6165

The basic issue is the ALT tag on the main header logo is not descriptive enough. They asked that it either be updated to include more words, or be aria-hidden, so screen readers would just ignore it. I personally think "Logo" is sufficient, but like I said I figured I would ask...

Steps to Reproduce

Launch Screen Reader
Go to bookstack
Listen as it reads the "Logo" alt tag

Expected Behaviour

Skip over the Logo
