Clandestine Laboratory Investigators Association (CLIA)

Welcome to the Clandestine Laboratory Investigators Association’s (CLIA) website. The Clandestine Laboratory Investigators Association, commonly known as CLIA™, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing training, technical support, legislative assistance, and expert testimony to law enforcement, prosecutors, and emergency service personnel.

All training offered by CLIA complies with Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and California Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Cal/OSHA) regulations. Our instructors are recognized experts in their respective fields, ensuring participants receive the most current, professional, and relevant training available.

CLIA also hosts an annual training conference that provides updated instruction on investigations, safety, recertification, emerging trends, legislation, site safety officer training, and essential information for patrol officers, investigators, fire service personnel, criminalists, and prosecutors.
