Code Enforcement​

The City of Lone Tree Code Enforcement team administers local ordinances, regulations, and codes designed to ensure public health, safety, and welfare within our community. The team serves Lone Tree by working with businesses and residents to maintain a safe, clean and, desirable community by enforcing rules related to property maintenance, land use, signage, and other aspects of development.
