History

Originally founded in 1992 as the “Council of Growing Companies – Tampa Bay Chapter”, our group quickly became the premier local organization for business leaders.

Ten success-filled years later, upon incorporation, we officially became The CEO Council of Tampa Bay, Inc.

Today, with more than 250 active members, we represent a wide variety of industries and interests. From second-stage start-ups with 25 employees to well-established companies that employ hundreds, the CEO Council is as diverse as the Tampa Bay business landscape itself.
