What happens after my 14-day trial ends?
Your trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription using the payment method you provided. This ensures a seamless transition with no interruption to your Pro features. You can cancel at any time during the trial.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You have full control over your subscription and can cancel at any time directly from your account dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which you will not be charged again.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade your plan (e.g., from Creator to Business, or from a 1-site to a 5-site license) at any time from your account dashboard. You will only pay the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period. We make it easy to scale as your business grows.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes, we do. In addition to our 14-day free trial, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. What happens if I don’t renew my license?
If you cancel your subscription or choose not to renew, your Burst Pro plugin will revert to the functionality of our free Burst Statistics plugin. You will lose access to Pro features, dashboards, future updates, and support.
Your historical data remains safe and stored on your server, but you will only be able to view the basic analytics available in the free version. You can renew your license at any time to instantly regain access to all your Pro features and historical insights. We will send you a reminder email two weeks before your annual renewal date.
Will Burst Pro slow down my website?
