The Platform is owned by ROHIT SRIVASTAV, ( "Website Owner" or "we" or "us" or "our") and relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, "Services").

• You shall indemnify and hold harmless Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use, privacy Policy and other Policies, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy - All payments are final, No Refund/cancellations are entertained

• All payments made for Beast Browser services are final and non-refundable.
• Once a payment has been processed successfully, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.
• This policy applies to all payment methods including but not limited to PhonePe, Cashfree, UPI, and other payment gateways.
• By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you understand this no-refund policy.
• ROHIT SRIVASTAV reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
• For any disputes or concerns regarding payments, please contact our support team immediately after the transaction.

Additional Terms

Termination

We may terminate your access to the Platform immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or violation of applicable laws. You may discontinue use of the Platform at any time.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Azamgarh and Uttar Pradesh.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
