Biography

Charlie McClintock was born in Newton, Iowa. McClintock served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army National Guard. He earned a B.S. in criminal justice administration from the University of Phoenix, an M.B.A. from Liberty University, and an M.D. from Liberty University. McClintock's career experience includes working as the 911 manager and a police officer with the Cedar Rapids Police Department and as an administrator. He served as the mayor and on the city council of Alburnett, Iowa.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration and will complete his Master of Business in Criminal Justice Administration in 2020.

Additionally, he served 21 years as a Warrant Officer in the Iowa Army National Guard, retiring in 2009.
