Questions regarding the Gifts section
The gift section of this website is a place to make and receive gifts. If your intention is to book a room or a table in our restaurants, you can do it through the “Booking” button, but if you want to surprise someone, this space will give you the possibility to give a fantastic experience of the Atrio Cáceres Universe to whoever you choose.
All you have to do is choose who you want to give the gift to and what you want to give them. The first thing we will do is to ask you for the recipient’s data. Your name, your e-mail address and a message, if you want to send him a message. The only mandatory field is the e-mail address, as it is essential for us to send you the gift you are sending.
Oh, and of course, you can also give what you want to yourself. I’m sure he deserves it.

What exactly does the person to whom I make the gift receive?
As soon as the order has been processed, an e-mail is sent to the person to whom the gift is given. This email indicates that you are the sender. It contains detailed information about it, the personalized message (in case you decide to use it) and a pdf with the gift voucher in your name including the name of the gift and its main characteristics.
Can I include several gifts in the same purchase?
Of course. You may decide to send more than one gift to the same person or send different gifts to different people. Everything will work correctly and this can be done, if you wish, within the same order.
Can I purchase a gift for myself?
Not only can it, but it probably deserves it. Of course you can. Take the precaution of putting your e-mail address in the field corresponding to the recipient of the gift and everything will be fine. You will be pleasantly surprised.
What payment methods are available?
Credit card payments can be made with any of the most commonly used credit cards: Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Is the payment on your website secure?
All payments are made through Redsys. As of today, perhaps the platform with the highest rates of payment security. On the other hand, the entire website is under the https protocol, which guarantees the encryption of the information processed through it.
What is the expiration date of the gift voucher?
The lucky recipient of the gift voucher will have one year from the date of issue to enjoy it. In the case of gifts involving material shipment to the recipient’s address, this shipment will be processed immediately upon receipt of the order.
What happens if we request a refund before redeeming the gift voucher?
We are very sorry, but there is no refund for gift vouchers. These are valid for a period of one year and, although they are personal, their use may be transferred to a third party for their enjoyment within the established period.
