Quick take: In the first three seasons of Mayor of Kingstown, ex-con Mike McLusky (Jeremy Renner) stared down everything from a mad bomber to the Russian mob—and managed to walk away. Season 4 finds him facing new threats: His brother Kyle (Taylor Handley) is headed to a prison filled with family foes. Meanwhile, an ambitious gangster (The Walking Dead’s Lennie James) has his sights set on making Kingstown part of his crime empire. Mike will have to find a way to keep everyone alive, including himself.
