They really need to give the user some control over appearance and font size!

If Pipedrive responded to the built in iOS font size adjustments like native iOS apps do, I think it would solve the problem!]The product will get five stars, if you could actually see an address without a microscope in the contact view. When I go into to FedEx to ship a sample, or when I need someone to quickly see an address on the contact card, it’s nearly hopeless.I would also like the follow up activity screen to ask if I want to add a follow-up task, instead of just looking just like a task I just completed. I can’t tell you how many times I accidentally add a task, or I’m concerned about canceling a task that I thought it was completing because I get distracted for one second. I would even go so far as to make a follow up task a different color than the task I just completed.Other than that, a great program! Lots of other CRM is on the desktop are kind of idiotic. Even an 800 pound gorillas like SalesForce, for example, make you click through pages of contacts, rather than having an infinite scroll like PipeDrive has. There are lots of other little details where PipeDrive beats the competition — but I would like to see them tuneup their mobile app to be a little bit more flexible in terms of configuration, and a little cleaner in layout.

We are a small motor scooter dealer that builds relationship with our customers and needed a solution for follow through after the sale, besides all the other stuff with a Crm. I had looked at this product before and passed on it. I had our staff test three CRM products that they would use daily. I was surprised they chose Pipedrive for ease and simple to understand what’s happening with a Deal. With other products they had to hunt for the same info. I moved forward and set it up for us during the trial period and found the help helpful. The email is great linking up with the customers and vendors. Is saving me time daily.This week my email stopped working and I found myself with the opportunity to see how the Tech Support worked and responded to our troubles. I used the chat. Amazed how quickly they were there and present with me. First they had me do clearing history and a few other things to get it back, then had me send screen shots and bumped to the engineers. My email was back within hours and all the while the tech support person kept me informed. Happy to say not user error and the tone was upbeat and never felt like I was putting them out. Pleasant experience.

Excellent customer service but lacks repeating tasks / events

iPad for Daylite user
Very good app. It handles several complex challenges in as simple/easy a way possible.BUT - it does not have repeating tasks. Users have been asking for repeating tasks for years, but nothing yet. If you have regular contact with customers, you have to create a new task for each year, quarter, renewal date, etc. Yes, you can work around it. But you’ll have to remember to schedule your next reminder rather than be able to have the software remember for you. Which is pretty much what CRM is supposed to do.Other than this one major flaw, Pipedrive is outstanding.What really stands out is the customer service department. I can tell a real person takes a moment to understand the question then answers carefully. When the app doesn't quite fit what I want, they offer a workaround and send my suggestions to the developers. I am a real estate broker and needed to adjust one key component. I consider a deal "won" when a client agrees to use my services. "Won" in Pipedrive = closed transaction. So when a prospect lists a property with me, that is a stage they advance to rather than being marked "won". Very good email management, too.

Pipedrive is a really great app with lot of potential but after using it for a while you quickly learn how little the management and staff care about their customers. They completely ignore any and all complaints and request by the user community. So after years of begging from the users, little to no improvement is ever done to the app. Even when it is something relatively simple to execute they still neglect it. One of the most glaring issues is the fact that the mobile app is almost useless, missing many of the core features that are required to successfully link info back to the desktop app. There is so little synergy between mobile and desktop that It almost feels as if the mobile app isn’t even made by the same company. There are many features missing from the mobile app that are on the desktop app. To make matters worse, when you talk to support, they will often tell you that they are not even planning on updating the mobile app any time soon with not even so much as a general estimate as to when they will get to it. If it all worked as intended, I wouldn’t even mind paying double for this app as, I said, it has high potential. But these guys have shown us time and time again that they just don’t care.

This latest update is a blend of housekeeping and laying the foundations for some future improvements. Like a regular service for a beloved vehicle, sometimes maintenance and updating is an investment in future happiness.
