Subscription problem

I just purches one year package. I wanted to use locked presets and effects. Confirmation mail from apple is recieved but I still have locked presets - like I didnt purches anything. I dont even have option to purchase again cause app say that I am alteady subscribe. I dont know what to think… hope I am not scamed by the vsco.

Great app for editing photos. I always use it for photos that I edit. But I so hate this new update where if you import you're photos to computer and delete them from your phone they are deleted in vsco app also.And the worst thing is that when you open the app, you can see all the photos but when you clic on them to open they are instantly deleted and notification pops up that this is happening because you dont have photos on your phone. So now I have to clic one at a time so they disappear . Also for some reason the photos from before this update stay the same and are saved to camera roll without my permission.Soooo stupid! This has no sense. I love looking at the old photos that I have made over the years but I also want to be able to transfer my camera roll to computer without loosing everything in vsco app. Hate this update!!!!

I’ve been a VSCO fan since 2011 probably when they released FILM presets for Lightroom which are now abused by many photographers and discontinued long ago. I happily supported them by purchasing yearly subscription of this app, however I decided to quit this practice today for several reasons. User interface is horrible and hasn’t been updated for a while. Seems like nobody is actually developing this app. Usability is slow, stripped of any logic and simply not user oriented or friendly. There are beta features (like remove) that have been beta for three or four years. And now there are a few new presets someone decided to name PRO and charge triple for per year. Milking this cow has to end somewhere. Something’s gotta give. It’s time to seriously revamp this app and give it proper features that justify the price tag. Otherwise you’re paying Netflix subscription for an app that’s been developed in 2019 and hasn’t moved since.
