I use Aircash regularly to pay my bills (without any fees!) and to pay for parking all over Croatia. It is so easy to use and really useful. Also perfect for online shopping if you get the Aircash prepaid MasterCard.All of that aside, Aircash is worth using purely because of their customer care which is, simply said, amazing - they are always quick to respond and resolve any issues you might encounter, and endlessly patient with any simple inquiries or help using the app!Recommended 100%

I bought some coupons for online betting, changed my mind and asked if they could refund my coupons for cash. They answered my call at 20:30 and gave me a simple procedure to follow. I did what they asked and got my money almost immediately. This type of efficiency is extremely rare. Incredible. + they made an exception as these coupons are not supposed to be refunded.

It’s a great app. But, there should be an easier and faster way to access loyalty cards. Put them on the first screen, maybe in a widget like stocard does, or at least a click away so we don’t have to jump through two menus.And there should be a better way to alert users of new functionalities than those giant cards at the top, right below the balance which take up screen space.It’s a little nit-picky but these changes would be very much appreciated.

This company is a total scam, after 3 months of using they just restricted my account and blackmailed me to give them my source of income hiding behind a law of the EU what you can’t find anywhere. You can use it on a very low budget otherwise they want documentation from you and sources of your wealth, they don’t even communicating with you or give you a reason nor a warning, they’re just restricting your account and blackmailing you, they don’t even give you a chance to get out, don’t left a bigger amount of money on your account otherwise you’ll not get it back, only if you give them what they want. Be carefully with them.
