Room was outdated and felt very old. I needed to use my cpap machine to sleep but couldn’t because bed was blocking all powerpoints. I asked to be moved to another room but was told all rooms are the same. It was annoying to have 2 keys to the parking lot- coloured one for carpark entrance, white one for the lift and then coloured one for the room. This was confusing and time consuming - not efficient at all
