Reception staff and Poolside and Cassie customer service staff do a good job and the location and facilities on a whole are exceptional- again the bar staff in the coffee are and the bar staff need to be trained

Booked 2 rooms. First was the deluxe disability bungalow. Always meets our needs and is quiet. Nice to sleep on a Comfortable bed after a month overseas sleeping on some very uncomfortable beds. Also great to have a fridge to keep all our drinks etc in. Second room. Was booked with twin beds. This was upgraded to a room near our bungalow. Was told it was a double bed and queen bed. When we booked in with friends, they had one bed and a pull out couch. Was a little disappointed we weren’t informed one bed was a pull out couch. Which was hard for someone with a knee reconstruction. New restaurant…. Very disappointing. It was along way away from our rooms and is hard when in a wheelchair. It was very noisy and hard to hear the waitstaff and friends when talking. Didn’t really cater for a table of 5 where one is a wheelchair so we’re placed at a very long table near kitchen. Another couple we placed at the end of the table, which wasn’t an issue to us but was Very impersonal and made it hard to talk as a group. Our table was the table they use for breakfast set up. We were hanging out for the seafood basket at ‘Cosie’ restaurant at the old resort location. Very disappointed to find this and other favourites dishes missing on the new menu. A yummy BUT very expensive hamburger. All meals came out very slowly and separately and we were nearly finished our meals as 2 others were just receiving there meals. Must admit, We were disappointed we didn’t eat at the cafe near the pool where the food looked lovely are we left the restaurant to go back to our rooms. Hopefully when old restaurant is renovated some of the old favourites are back on the menu and wheelchair users are considered in the seating arrangements.
