Terms and Conditions of Orange Travel for ALL Loyalty Members

1. The distribution channels available for ALL members to purchase eSim are:

Booking made by a Member of ALL using a link made available on the ALL / Accor website or applications (such as Accor ALL), in electronic newsletters, pre-stay emails, or through any other method as agreed between Orange Travel and Accor. 

2. Earning Reward points

ALL members earn 3 Reward points per Euro (€) spent (excluding taxes) on eSim purchased on Orange Travel .Before any earning by Orange Travel customer of any ALL Reward Points, Orange Travel customer must be enrolled in the ALL Programme.

In order to receive ALL Reward Points, Members of ALL will be asked to enter their valid Member of ALL number when concluding the Purchase.

The ALL card must be valid and the name on the ALL card must match the name.

The recharge of data is not eligible to the earn scheme.

3. Complaints with partners

3.1. Earning Reward points

Members of ALL may submit Claims relating to an award of ALL Reward Points or a failure to credit ALL Reward Points to their ALL Accounts for the Purchase. As per to the General Conditions of Membership applicable for the ALL Programme, Members of ALL may submit a Claim between six (6) weeks and six (6) months after the relevant Transaction.

For any complaints not related to Rewards points, members should contact Orange Travel  customer service via the Orange Travel website.
