With 31 slopes, including the Rainbow Slope; 15 different lift facilities, including one 3.7 km. long cable car lift; and Korea's largest ski house (Dragon Plaza), Yongpyong Resort is the most popular ski resort in Korea. It is well known in Europe and Asia from holding several successful international events, such as the World Cup Ski Contest and Winter Asian Games.
