Method 1
1. Open the "Run" window (shortcut: WIN+ R) - enter "SQLServerManager10. msc" - click "OK"
(Allow changes: Select "Yes")
2. Go to the "SQL Server Configuration Manager" window, find "SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER)", right-click "Start"/"Restart", and wait for the progress bar in the small window to finish running

Method 2
1. Open "Task Manager" - click "Services" - click "Open Services" to enter the "Services" window
2. Find the service named "SQL SERVER (MSSQLSERVER)", click on "Restart" on the left side, or right-click and select "Restart"
