On June 28, which marks Youth Day, the President will take part, via videoconference, in the opening ceremony for new youth centres to be put into operation in six of Russia's regions and will speak with representatives of youth organisations.
The meeting will also focus on this year's Youth Day festivals which will have Omsk and Perm as principal venues. The two cities have been elected the Youth Capitals of Russia last year at the Time of the Young contest.
