Python 3 preparation: update urllib / urllib2 / urlparse imports.
The existing roundup/anypy/urllib_.py is extended to cover more
imports and used in more places. Manual patch.

roundup.anypy package - Python version compatibility layer ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Roundup currently supports Python 2.3 to 2.6; however, some modules have been introduced, while others have been deprecated.
