Added x-roundup-issue-id to FAQ which discusses other x-roundup header
filtering.
Documented workaround for flint not supported error in xapian. Flint
was apparently removed post 1.2.x from xapian. Addresses
https://issues.roundup-tracker.org/issue2551009.
