redis import failure on python2 causes crash Don't use ModuleNotFoundError, it's python 3.6+. Use plain ImportError instead.

35ccd6e56f4b add uprev version of jquery, minimized. Sphinx is using 3.2.1 which has security issues. On my server it is using the version from _static.
