Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Replace http:....roundup-tracker.org with https. Also fix wiki links.

35ccd6e56f4b add uprev version of jquery, minimized. Sphinx is using 3.2.1 which has security issues. On my server it is using the version from _static.
