Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Add meta charset and move meta viewport at top of head. Replaced 'meta http-equiv="Content-Type"' with 'meta charset' (html 5 update) and moved meta viewport to top.

35ccd6e56f4b add uprev version of jquery, minimized. Sphinx is using 3.2.1 which has security issues. On my server it is using the version from _static.
